چکیده
The aim of this paper is the development a sensor for quantification nickel ions in food raw materials and foods. It believed that about 15% human population suffers from allergy. In addition to digestive manifestations, intolerance may also have systemic such as diffuse dermatitis, itching, fever, rhinitis, headache, altered general condition. Therefore, it necessary control content health by developing new method offers advantages fast, not expensive, situ, accurate analysis. For purpose, bismuth oxide-screen-printed electrodes (SPEs) graphene-modified SPEs were used with very small amount dimethylglyoxime amino acid L-histidine deposited. A potentiostat displays response form cyclic voltammogram was study electrochemical properties standard solution different concentrations. results compared most sensitive proved be oxide-SPEs (Bi2O3/C-dmgH2) linear over wide range (0.1–10 ppm) Furthermore, shows excellent selectivity presence common interfering species. Bi2O3/C-dmgH2 showed good viability analysis samples (cocoa, spinach, cabbage, red wine) demonstrated significant advancement technology practical applications.
